How to do it

  1. Lie on your back, arms by your sides, and lift your legs to tabletop (knees above hips, shins level).
  2. Gently draw in your lower tummy.
  3. Keeping the knee bent, slowly lower one foot to tap the floor.
  4. Bring it back to tabletop and repeat with the other leg.

Form tips

  • Your back should not arch as the foot lowers.
  • Breathe out as you lower.

Common mistakes

  • Rushing.
  • Letting the other leg drift.

Easier and harder

Make it easier

Start with both feet on the floor and lift one at a time to tabletop instead.

Make it harder

Tap further away by straightening the knee a little.
